Rebrand - Logo and Visual Identity

By playing with Barbie, a child feels empowered, understood, and free to use their imagination. The goal in this project was to create a logo and interactive prototypes that embody this message.

The prototypes include: an app series and website, a Barbie-themed after school center, and a wall poster. Each of these deliverables share the same goal; to promote learning and change.

The app series teaches children about different historical heroes who have made a positive impact in society, inspiring kids to reach for the stars and know that no dream has a limit.

The after school center is a place where children can engage in fun activities and learn new skills and hobbies together. The wall poster educates the public on Barbie’s Dream Gap project and how we can put an end to the glass ceiling.

To support the themes of empowerment, creativity, and exploration a set of whimsical icons and shapes are found in each deliverable and are designed to be used interchangeably. Some of the assets include: hearts, stars, books, and rocket ships.
