Poster Series

Dreams represent our subconscious emotions, our aspirations and fears. Most of our dreams are a mystery to us. We don’t exactly know why we have them.

In this poster series, I explore the hidden meanings behind these night visions and attempt to decipher them through dream interpretation.

The dream interpretation tool was created through the use of word play, mnemonics, and acronyms. The three posters; “Dreams,” “Emotion,” and “Evil,” confront the subconscious mind versus reality.

The posters utilize vertical type and layering of typography, images, and shapes. This texture-like rendering informs the viewer of how our dreams and reality are often connected. Our reality may influence our dreams or our dreams may influence our reality.
