Rebrand - Logo and App Design
Diane Chappell is a real estate agent based in Phoenix, Arizona. The values of service, belonging, wisdom, dependability, and luxury are an integral part of her brand. She’s a true advocate and never shies away from finding the best new home for her clients.
The objective was to personalize her brand and move away from using her agency’s standard marketing templates. The creation of a bold but sophisticated color palette, customized icons, and layered initials that create a texture established individuality and uniqueness.
To further engagement and to provide a seamless way to connect with the agent, an app design was created. Through the app, potential buyers and sellers can contact the agent, read up on her background and learn more about her success stories that are a testament to her reliability and skill set.
The second part of the app, “Heart Your Home,” takes the user into a portal that acts similarly to that of a mainstream dating app. The client can see which homes are available in their area and swipe to match with the homes they like.
For open houses and in person events, a take home brochure will be available so potential buyers can review the photos and information of the property they just viewed and contact the agent to confirm their interest.
